Ugandan student accused of cheating freed after 15 yrs
A Ugandan student who was stuck in Jaipur for the past 15 years for cheating in an examination was finally freed to return to his country. A Jaipur Court accepted Mujungu Mark's mercy petition to close the case of cheating that was dragged on. Last week, the desperate and jobless Ugandan student had pleaded to the court that he should either be allowed to return to his country or be thrown in Jail.
