UP polls: Akhilesh's message for Rahul on the verdict
Replying to a question on whether a verdict against the Congress would mean a verdict against Rahul Gandhi, Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav said that any party's electoral fortunes were obviously linked to its leader who fronted its campaign. Speaking to NDTV, Mr Yadav said that just like a leader is hailed for the party's win, a poor performance is also automatically is attributed to the latter.
