Who will lead the UPA in Bihar?
"I am the leader of my party and not the leader of the UPA in Bihar," said Railway Minister and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Yadav said a day after fellow leader from Bihar and Steel Minister Ram Vilas Paswan threw his hat into the election ring. Paswan reportedly said in a newspaper interview that Lalu Yadav had run his course and it was time for him (Paswan) to lead the UPA to power in Bihar.
