Woman Rescued From Surat Building Collapse
Officials rescue a woman stuck in rubble after a building collapsed in Surat s Pali village earlier today.. Seven bodies were pulled out of the rubble a day after a six-storey building collapsed in Surat amid incessant rains, officials said on Sunday. The 30-apartment residential building was built illegally in Sachin Pali village and was mostly vacant. Only five flats were occupied and residents paid Rs. 1,200 monthly rent.
