24 Hours: Breaking the rules of religion (Aired: November 2004)
In this school, lessons begin at 4.30 am with girls as young as eight twisting their bodies into yogic poses. Over the day, they will also learn mantras forbidden to women. This is the Panini Kanya Mahavidyalaya which turns out ranks of Hindu women priests, right under the suspicious eyes of Varanasi's men.
