5-10 people faulted in Satyam case: Shardul Shroff
According to Shardul Shroff, Legal Counsel of Satyam, the Satyam case happened because of complete centralisation of power at the management level between Raju brothers. The Satyam case is bizarre because it is not just a one year kind of fudge but it kept on accumulating, Shroff said.
