Vibhav Kapoor, Group CIO at IL&FS, feels the Budget proposals are not good enough to bring back investor confidence back in the markets. The markets are witnessing a relief rally because the Budget has been reasonably neutral to slightly positive, and are likely to remain rangebound in the near term, he says.
