On one hand internet is banned in Gujarat after the Patel agitation, in Godhra over Ganesh Chaturthi and Jammu and Kashmir over Eid. On the other hand, PM Modi is visiting the Google and Facebook offices in Silicon Valley and pushing for Digital India. On Agenda, we ask whether the government is sending out mixed signals to the public and whether internet bans are really the only way to control propaganda.
