"People Were Told Not To Wear Masks In US": Rockefeller Foundation Head To Prannoy Roy
In a special interview, Dr Prannoy Roy speaks to the head of the Rockefeller Foundation Dr Rajiv Shah on the fight against coronavirus in the United States and how this pandemic has highlighted inequalities in our societies around the world. Dr Shah says there has been a varied response behaviour across the US when it comes to the COVID-19 pandemic. "People were told not to wear masks... Unfortunately, in the United States we have seen an extremely varied behaviour when it comes to the response," he says. He also added that India needs to scale up testing.
