PM sets up panel on GAAR; China GDP slips
Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Friday set up a committee on the General Anti-Avoidance Rules under the chairmanship of tax expert Parthasarathi Shome. China's economy grew 7.6 per cent in the second quarter of 2012 from a year earlier, its slowest pace in three years.
