Over the last four days, Congress' Rahul Gandhi has been walking along the Yamuna Expressway to spread the word about how Chief Minister Mayawati has gone wrong in acquiring land for development. This campaign has come at a time when there is major criticism against the UPA government led by Dr Manmohan Singh and several Congressmen have even hinted not-too-subtly that Rahul Gandhi should take over. So is the padyatra to launch the 2012 campaign for Uttar Pradesh, or is it a more ambitious platform for Rahul Gandhi, the Prime Minister in waiting?
