TCS to focus on US campus hiring
During fiscal year 2009-2011, 291 fresh university graduates were recruited from the top 100 universities around USA for the Cincinnati base of TCS. Of the employees, 90 per cent are locals. "Why not 100 per cent? That's the way to go," Amar Naga, Director of the North American delivery centres says.
