US downgrade a wake-up call for US: YV Reddy
Dr Y V Reddy, former governor of RBI, says the current economic situation is a wake-up call for the US economy. He adds that the current situation in a sense is continuation of 2008 crisis and is a consequence of acts of omission and commission in terms of policy response.
