According to the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB), India's capital reported the highest crime rate in the country. Delhi also has the dubious distinction of highest cases of crimes against women and children. Keeping this reality in mind the Uber - NDTV 'Roshan Dilli' campaign hopes to raise awareness about possible solutions to improve the safety standards in Delhi.
