Rajasthan roots performs for Vote Ka Dum
Rajasthan Roots - the collective, promotes the performing arts of Rajasthan by bringing folk to a multicultural platform, by creating a new folk blues; funk; and electronica, appealing to various musical tastes and age groups. All the compositions are reflective of Rajasthan folk, using traditional instruments such as the Dautara,Morchang, Khurtal, Bhapang, Flute, Khamaicha, and Algoza. Founded in 2005 by Producer Aditya a.k.a Adi Das, Rajasthan Roots provides folk musicians a platform for creativity and expression. By dissolving all boundaries, a musician is allowed the freedom to experiment and create music.
