Australia underlined their status as the world's top One-Day International side by securing the tri-series in the Caribbean on Sunday. Australia won the final against the West Indies in Barbados by 58 runs, scoring 270 for nine before bowling out the host side for 212. Matthew Wade was the key contributor with the bat with an unbeaten 57 from 52 balls before player of the series Josh Hazlewood (5 for 50) and player of the match Mitchell Marsh (3 for 32) snuffed out the home team's chase.
