It finally took two young students from Tokyo's Sacred Heart University to do what journalists covering Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit failed to do for four consecutive days - ask him a question. The two questions were direct and hit at the core of Japan's biggest international concerns - an expansionist China and the potential dangers of selling India civilian nuclear technology.
