PM Modi Helped Me During Furore Over My Name Is Khan, Reveals Karan Johar

On The Townhall, Karan Johar reveals how he was helped by Narendra Modi in 2010, when he was the chief minister of Gujarat, amid threats from certain right-wing groups to halt the screening of his film My Name Is Khan. This was after actor Shah Rukh Khan, who is also the co-owner of Kolkata Knight Riders, favoured inclusion of Pakistani players in the IPL.
