Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated a mega convention centre named YashoBhoomi in Delhi and launched the Vishwakarma scheme for craftsmen, a big outreach to traditional artisans and backward classes. Vasudha Venugopal points out the symbolism in these big inaugurations.
