The objective is to woo the crucial Tribal votes in the poll-bound states. The Prime Minister on Wednesday visited the native village of tribal icon Birsa Munda in Jharkhand's Khunti on his birth anniversary and launched a welfare scheme for the tribal community. While these mega-events may be happening in Jharkhand, the target audience is the Tribal voters in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan.
