PM Modi's Yoga Day Message at United Nations in New York
The United Nations marked the first International Day of Yoga, an idea proposed by PM Modi, at an event at its headquarters in New York. Speaking through a special message screened at the event, he said, "This is a heritage of the world and humanity... A big dream starts with a small exercise of yoga". UN chief Ban-ki-Moon and External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj also addressed the event.
