PM Modi Should Speak In House On Kashmir, Says Congress
The Rajya Sabha has begun a debate on the Kashmir crisis this morning, setting aside regular work for a discussion sought urgently by Opposition parties, who have rebuked the government for not consulting them. The debate was initiated by the Congress's Ghulam Nabi Azad, a former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister and Leader of Opposition, who reiterated his demand that the Prime Minister speak in the House on Kashmir.
