PM Modi Starts Third-Term, Approval Ratings Remain High: Ipsos Business Survey
Prime Minister Narendra Modi who has just started his third straight term in office remains highly popular among the citizens, said a fresh survey by Ipsos on the Prime Minister's popularity. Although there has been a dip of 5% between February and May, the Prime Minister remains highly popular, with an approval rating of 70%, showing citizens rate him high on performance as PM. Citizens from the north zone gave 86% approval, tier 1 (85%) and east zone (83%) gave Prime Minister Modi distinction in his performance. Here is how he has been rated on area-wise performance
