All eyes this week are on Johannesburg, as leaders of the Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa (BRICS) grouping will be hosted by South African President Cyril Ramaphosa. But despite larger shared goals, BRICS has meant different things to different member countries, and even those strategic interests have evolved over the years.
