PM On Poll-Bound Gujarat Visit, To Inaugurate Projects Worth Rs 29, 000 Crore
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is in his home state Gujarat on a two-day visit. He is scheduled to inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of development projects worth Rs 29,000 crore spread across Surat, Bhavnagar, Ahmedabad and Ambaji. The Gujarat assembly election is due later this year. In Surat alone, PM Modi laid the foundation stone and dedicated projects worth more than Rs 3,400 crore in Surat.
