PM visits widow of Kabul blast victim
Prime Minister Manmohan Singh offered his condolences to Sangeeta Mehta, widow of Brigadier R D Mehta, who was among the 54 people killed in the suicide bomb attack on the Indian embassy in Kabul on July 7.
