In a twist to the Mohd Afzal mercy debate, police sources have released Afzal's recorded statement made soon after the Parliament attack. NDTV has obtained an exclusive copy of the CD but Mohd Afzal's lawyers say the statement was induced under torture and is not admissible as evidence in court.
