A Delhi Police head constable had a close shave when a driver of a car allegedly dragged him for nearly 200 meters after the former climbed on its bonnet as it didn't stop for checking at Delhi-Noida border in east Delhi. The accused driver, identified as Mohan Lal (24), a resident of Noida Sector 26 has been arrested, police said, adding, the cop escaped unhurt.
