Polio makes a comeback in Delhi
Despite being administered polio drops, more and more children in the capital are being diagnosed with the debilitating disease. Even though eight-month-old Sameer is crawling still, his future is already uncertain. His parents made sure he got his polio vaccination, so their shock was obvious when their son was diagnosed with the debilitating disease.
