Political Fever Amid Winter Chill In Jammu And Kashmir, No Election In Sight

The temperature in Kashmir Valley is hovering around freezing point, but the political temperature is well up. Opposition parties have been holding a large number of public meetings across the region, waiting for an election that is yet to be announced despite talk of it rolling around by the year-end.
