Punjab Chief Minster Charanjit Singh Channi has asked the Centre to role back its decision to extend BSF's jurisdiction over a wider area.. calls it an attack on federalism. Mr Channi, targeted by his own Congress colleagues, said that the move is a "direct attack on federalism".
