As both the BJP, led by the Defence Minister, and the Congress take pot shots at each other on who should take credit for the surgical strikes on terrorist camps in Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir, we ask a larger question and it involves an institution that Indians trust more than perhaps any other - the Indian Army. And the question is how low will the discourse on an Army operation against terrorists get? National security cannot be compromised by politics and so there are no politicians on the panel. Instead, we speak to two ex-Army officers, one of them a former Army chief. Both men define the word credibility, a word attached more with our Army and less with our politics.
