To comprehensively tackle India's persistent nutrition challenge, PM Modi launched the Poshan Abhiyaan in March 2018 that envisages elimination of malnutrition by 2020. Outlook Poshan Awards held in the capital aims to recognise the outstanding work of individuals/professionals and institutions in providing innovative solutions to tackling the scourge of malnutrition in India.
