The Assam government is using 'Poshan (nutrition) on Wheels', a nationwide central government programme to evaluate the malnutrition level in children and to identify those most vulnerable to Covid, should a third wave strike. The focus is the most vulnerable tea tribe community in the state, already low on nourishment and immunity.
