On the eve of the Independence Day, India unveils it is making Kamikaze Drones. The do and die drones! This new type of ammunition called Kamikaze Drones or Loitering munition was seen in action in the Russia-Ukraine conflict and in the middle-east. Low cost and very potent this has changed the dynamics of war fighting. These are drones that loiter in the area of interest, carry explosive and commit suicide by attacking the target. NDTV's Science Editor Pallava Bagla saw the development of these potent weapons and spoke to Dr Abhay Pashilkar Director of the National Aerospace Laboratories who is spearheading the research.
