In his first interview after being appointed Chairman of Infosys, KV Kamath says there is no need of urgent succession at Infosys and in 3-4 years professionals would be replacing the founding members. On rising rates, Kamath says it is difficult to ascertain the tipping point and defaults may happen if rates rise more than a threshold level.
