Power plant in Andhra Pradesh to be commissioned in 2013: Hinduja Group
Prakash Hinduja, promoter of the Hinduja Group speaks to NDTV about its lubricants subsidiary Gulf Oil Corp’s acquisition of US-based Houghton International for $1.05 billion, or Rs 5,714 crore. This is the largest acquisition so far in this year for an Indian company. Mr Hinduja also speaks about the Group’s outlook for its India business and the proposed power plant in Andhra Pradesh.
