President Draupadi Murmu Has Been Conferred With The Highest Civilian Honour In Fiji, 'Companion Of The Order Of Fiji'

Fiji's President Ratu Wiliame Maivalili Katonivere of Fiji conferred the Companion of the Order of Fiji upon President Droupadi Murmu. President Murmu said that this honour is a reflection of the deep ties of friendship between India and Fiji. President Draupadi Murmu will be on a visit to Fiji today and tomorrow (6 and 7 August). Fiji's President Ratu William Maiwalili Katoniwere and Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka had invited the President of India. During her two-day visit, President Draupadi Murmu will talk to Fijian diplomats on many issues. President Draupadi Murmu will also address the Parliament of Fiji.
