The Prince of Wales visited a referee training course at Sporting Khalsa FC in Walsall, UK. The Football Association is promoting The Reflective and Representative campaign, hoping to recruit 1,000 people of colour from Black, Asian and mixed heritage backgrounds into refereeing roles. William, the patron of the Football Association, which oversees soccer in England, was enthusiastically welcomed by school kids and gave them hi-fives and took selfies. He later sat with teenagers to learn more about the training courses and what it takes to ref football games, and the heir to the British throne participated in referee drills on the field.
