Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has said his deputy Manish Sisodia, who was questioned by the CBI today in the excise policy case, will be free, even as there has been no official information on him being arrested yet. "Prison locks will break, Manish Sisodia will be free," Mr Kejriwal tweeted. Justice DY Chandrachud will be the Chief Justice of India from November 9, Law Minister Kiren Rijiju said today.
