"Privilege Vs Ethics Committee: It's The Speaker's Call": Lawyer On Mahua Moitra Case

Supreme Court lawyer Nalin Kohli says the complaint against Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moira was made by an MP. He says it will be the Lok Sabha Speaker's call whether the privilege committee or the ethics committee will take a decision on the case. The Trinamool Congress MP has been summoned by the Lok Sabha ethics committee on October 31 in the "cash for query" controversy. The committee agreed the allegations against Ms Moitra were "very serious".
