Two opposition chief ministers who are being probed by the Enforcement Directorate have refused to comply with the summons issued to them, saying these summons were 'illegal'. The Enforcement Directorate, which has been accused of acting at the behest of the BJP, conducted raids at the premises of associates of Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren in Ranchi in an ongoing money laundering case. Meanwhile, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal skipped the third summons by the Enforcement Directorate on Wednesday.
