In this segment of the latest episode of the Property Show, we take a look at options for retirement homes in Pune, which is probably the 'retirement capital' of the country. One of the best locations is Kalyani Nagar, which has a planned senior citizen project. There are also townships coming up in Wagholi and Dhayari, the latter being one of the most well developed areas in that locality. Wagholi offers better connectivity though, and is therefore like to see better price appreciation.
