Protest Vs Counter Protest = Another Washout Session?
The third day of Parliament's monsoon session ended in protests, counter protests and finally, adjournment - with absolutely no discussion on Manipur, which has been rocked by months of ethnic violence. The Centre insisted that it was ready for discussion, while the opposition stood firm on their demand for the Prime Minister to make a statement in the house. With no end in sight for the deadlock - will this session be another washout?
