PSU Banks Seek for Autonomy
Top officials of India's public sector banks have recommended the formation of a "bank bureau" to oversee the appointments to bank boards, human resource policies and capital requirements, said Gauri Shankar, executive director of Punjab National Bank, who attended the bankers retreat Gyan Sangam.
