Q2 revenue growth improved on recovery in like-to-like sales, new stores: Shoppers Stop
Shoppers Stop's standalone profit has dropped 67 per cent to Rs 6.4cr in the September quarter. Govind Shrikhande, MD at Shoppers Stop tells NDTV Profit that higher operating costs, depreciation costs and interest expenses have impacted profitability. But revenue growth has been better than the June quarter, helped by new stores and by a recovery in like-to-like sales, he adds.
