Quality of Fiscal Deficit Stagnant: ICRA
Aditi Nayar, senior economist at ICRA analyses the budget 2015 and says it was a budget for the infrastructure sector and was more growth oriented. She also says that pushing of the fiscal deficit target by one year was not expected and the quality of fiscal deficit remains stagnant.
