Quantum of sentence to be pronounced in BMW case
Delhi court will pronounce the quantum of sentence in the BMW case on Wednesday. Sanjeev Nanda was convicted by the court on Tuesday for mowing down six people in 1999. The sentence can fetch Nanda jail term up to 10 years and fine because he was held guilty of culpable homicide not amounting to murder as against a less stringent provision of causing death due rash and negligent driving.
