R Systems International on Buyback Reward for Shareholders
Satinder Singh Rekhi, managing director at R Systems International, tells NDTV that the IT firm generates Rs 25 crore a quarter and that it will be use the cash on its book for a buyback of up to Rs 100 per share. The company will spend not more than Rs 6 crore on the buyback. Mr Rekhi says that the company has also announced a special dividend of Rs 2.55 a share which makes their dividend yield much higher than larger peers.
