Race To Raisina: Yashwant Sinha vs Draupadi Murmu
On a day that the Opposition fielded veteran politician Yashwant Sinha for the Presidential election, the BJP sprung a surprise by naming former Jharkhand governor Droupadi Murmu as the NDA candidate for the top post. BJP chief JP Nadda said that the party had decided to field a candidate from the eastern part of the country.
